Rider Down (Male, mid-20s) in MVC with moderate injuries (30/10/2018, around 9 am) following a collision with an LDV on the N1 near Canal Walk in Cape Town. It is reported that the rider “swerved to avoid a car that changed lanes suddenly and hit the back of a bakkie”.
The driver of the OV, who caused the incident, continued on without stopping.
The rider was stabilized on scene and taken to the hospital for further care by ER24.
