At approx. 1:30pm on Monday 2 July 2018, a male rider in his 30s was killed in an MVC following a collision with an LMV. The crash occurred on the R24 (Albertina Sisulu Freeway) in Meadowdale, Germiston towards OR Tambo.
The rider was declared P4 on arrival, with the driver of the LMV transported to a hospital in Edenvale.
