A male rider in his 40s was seriously injured following a collision with an LMV on Condor Road, Helikon Park in Randfontein.
The collision occurred just before 2 pm on Tuesday 19 February 2019. Reports from the scene indicate that a light motor vehicle and a motorcycle were involved in a head-on collision on a road infested with potholes. The rider sustained serious injuries and required Advanced Life Support intervention.
Once stabilised the patient was transported to a hospital for further treatment.
