NetCare 911 and other services responded to an MVC (Motorcycle Vehicle Crash) following a collision with an LMV at the junction of Fredman Drive and Sandown Valley Crescent in Sandton CBD (Sandown Ext. 47). Reports from the scene stated that the rider turned in front of the LMV, causing the driver to knock the rider off his motorcycle.
The crash occurred around 4 pm on Thursday, 14 March 2019.
The rider, a male in his 30s, suffered moderate injuries and was stabilised on the scene before being transported to a nearby hospital for further care.
