Around 9 am on Sunday morning, 17 June 2018, a male rider in his 20s was involved in a fatal MOC (Motorcycle Only Crash) between Gordon’s Bay and Rooi Els in the Western Cape.
According to witnesses, the rider lost control of his motorcycle in a bend when the front tyre hit a wet patch on the road, which then caused him to high-side into the mountain-side.
